In Capistrano, below the big pool and between KK'S and the Rockys bar, Boris runs his oven and grill himself. Bulgarian-born, he brought the moussaka and the Mekitza, and learned the Andalusian grill along the way. Every morning the sourdough goes in; every evening the coals go on.
